High-voltage operation demands clean commutations. Our custom-engineered carbon brush mixtures are paired with silver-copper or cadmium-copper commutators to minimize electrical wear, reduce brush arcing, and extend motor lifespan.
To comply with global EMI standards, TQC motors can be customized with internal varistors, capacitors, and ferrite cores. These additions filter out electromagnetic interference, ensuring compatibility with sensitive electronic controllers.
