TQC Micromotor
Pre-engineered 120V micro-drive systems designed for the technical and environmental requirements of Pakistani manufacturing sectors.
In the wake of expanding urban industrialization and the bilateral trade enhancements under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), Pakistan’s manufacturing sectors are undergoing an paradigm shift. From domestic appliance hubs in Gujranwala and Lahore to the sprawling industrial zones of Karachi and Faisalabad, local engineering firms are seeking micro-drive systems that balance cost, efficiency, and reliability under variable power conditions. High-voltage (120V) brushed DC motors have emerged as a critically viable component for this industrial modernization.
Engineers and manufacturing firms operating in Pakistan face unique challenges regarding municipal grid stability. Frequent voltage drops, rolling load shedding, and phase imbalances are common. Under these scenarios, traditional AC induction motors suffer from reduced torque, winding overheating, and premature insulation failures. By contrast, high-voltage brushed DC motors operating at 120V (often integrated with simple bridge rectifiers or compact variable DC drives) exhibit excellent immunity to input AC frequency drift and major voltage swings. A brushed DC motor’s torque output is directly proportional to armature current, allowing it to sustain critical starting torque even when the primary grid voltage drops below nominal values.
For Pakistani importers and procurement heads, sourcing micro-motors has historically required navigating a compromise between high-cost European imports and low-grade, non-certified generic components. TQC Micromotor addresses this market gap by manufacturing high-performance motors backed by rigorous international quality certifications (CE, RoHS, REACH) out of China. This guarantees that domestic appliance makers in Lahore or pump manufacturers in Karachi receive components that comply with global export safety standards, allowing Pakistani finished goods to be exported competitively to European and Middle Eastern markets.
TQC's 120V brushed motors withstand large voltage deviations without losing primary starting torque, making them ideal for the Pakistani power grid context.
Featuring oxygen-free copper rotors and customized grade carbon brushes, providing certified compliance for severe domestic and industrial conditions.
Advanced commutator balancing and dynamic mechanical brush positioning ensures a wear-resistant path and up to 3x standard operation lifespan.
Ensuring absolute product consistency and fast shipping turnaround to Pakistan through state-of-the-art automated manufacturing processes.
At TQC Micromotor, our ISO9001-certified factory in China relies on precision robotics and inline sensor arrays. From automated winding to final dynamic waveform verification, every production stage is logged to build a digital twin profile of the motor batch. This strict process control minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues and ensures that the physical dimensions (shaft design, panel mounting configurations) line up perfectly with our clients' OEM specifications.

Providing custom micro-drives designed to run under the unique environmental and functional requirements of Pakistan.
Integrated in high-suction vacuum cleaners, silent automated fans, and robust food processors manufactured in the Lahore-Gujranwala industrial cluster, ensuring thermal safety and optimal energy conservation.
Critical in urban health centers in Islamabad and Karachi, providing continuous, pulse-free torque outputs for volumetric infusion pumps, respiratory ventilators, and mechanical fluid circulation drives.
Deployable in automated textile loom arrays in Faisalabad and modern automated packaging production plants. These drives supply high-efficiency linear thrust under elevated ambient dust conditions.
Addressing the technical, operational, and import queries critical to Pakistani industrial engineers and supply chain partners.
120V Brushed DC motors offer a linear torque-to-speed curve. Under a drop in voltage, a brushed DC motor maintains consistent electrical torque profiles, operating reliably via rectifiers down to 90V. In contrast, AC induction motor slip increases exponentially when input frequency or voltage degrades, which leads to mechanical stalling and phase winding burnout.
For high-humidity zones like Karachi, we offer custom stator resin coatings and anti-rust shaft treatments. Our motors are custom-built with high-grade carbon brushes and sealed bearings to prevent salt spray ingress and mechanical micro-particulate wear.
Every batch undergoes Rotor Insulation Treatment and Turn-to-Turn testing. The raw copper and commutation material are selected from verified eco-friendly refiners, ensuring compliance with strict limits on heavy metals and plasticizers so your final product can be safely exported worldwide.
Under our CPEC corridor logistics options, standard air freight reaches Islamabad/Lahore in 5-7 working days. Sea freight shipments from Shenzhen/Guangzhou ports to Karachi Port (Qasim or KPT) take between 14 to 22 days, backed by export clearance assistance.
